I received a bill. What do I do now?
Life happens and unexpected constraints can take a toll on your budget, but we’re here to help you. Our highly trained agents are available during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST to assist with any questions or concerns you may have.
Once you receive your bill, reach out to us by phone, through our website, or via mail. One of our specialists will then discuss repayment options with you that work within whatever budget you may have.
What are my rights as a consumer?

I received a bill that I don’t believe is mine. What do I do?
If you believe you received a notice in error, feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience. We never want you to make a payment on something that isn’t yours or is already paid for. When you contact us, we’ll take the necessary steps to resolve this issue.
I already paid this bill with the original creditor. How do I proceed?
If you believe you’ve already paid the account in full, don’t panic. Contact us with written documentation/proof of payment for the account(s) in question and we can research and validate the status of the debt.
I can’t pay the full amount owed. Can I set up arrangements?
We understand during these challenging times that it can be difficult to repay a debt all at once. Contact one of our specialists to see what options you may have to fit into your budget.
If you decide to take advantage of one of our payment plans, don’t hesitate to ask one of our Collection Specialists about recurring payments. We accept monthly, bi-monthly, and weekly arrangements to fit into your payment schedule.
I want to make a payment. What options do I have?
For your peace of mind, we have a variety of payment options and methods available to you to resolve your account. Our preferred method of payment is by check, money order or cash delivered to our main office (address below). If you’re unable to take advantage of one of these methods, we also accept debit or credit card payments done by phone or through our Payment Portal. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
